The Affinity Investigative Group is licensed by the State of New York Department of State, as a Private Investigations Company. Our license number is 403548 registered under the name Richard J. Burke.

We realize that quality, factual and timely services aren’t just sales buzzwords, they represent a contract with a client. Our Corporate philosophy is based on the fact that when service is your product, you must provide the best product on the market. We produce an executive grade product.

Richard J. Burke is the founder of the Affinity Investigative Group. Mr. Burke is a retired Police Lieutenant. His vast experience as an investigator and administrator exposed him to all phases of criminal and civil investigations. Mr. Burke worked within The Drug Enforcement Agency on a multi-agency “Task Force” and is experienced in coordinating investigations between the Federal and State Criminal Justice Systems. He has also conducted sensitive investigations with the FBI, IRS and many other Law Enforcement agencies. Many of these investigations were international in scope.

The Affinity Group’s investigators are former and retired Federal, State and City Law Enforcement agents with outstanding credentials and training. The investigators are experienced and skilled in procuring information, uncovering evidence and locating potential witnesses. Expert reports are delivered expeditiously enabling the client to make informed and accurate decisions. Our investigators have maintained their professional contacts and   confidential sources giving them the edge in performing complex assignments. This enables us to conduct professional investigations and assignments anywhere in the United States and many cases Globally.

Our investigators do not rely solely on electronic databases to conduct investigations, as do some firms. We still do certain investigations, the old fashioned way, by using gum-shoe detective techniques. We knock on doors and ask questions.
